A single one-off Cleaning Fee Tip is payable at time of booking for every booking of £550 in 2024 and £600 in 2025  in addition to accommodation charges. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged in advance on request with payment direct to cleaning company

A refundable damages deposit is due of £3500 before stay commences and is refundable after check out. The deposit is held for use against any damages & breakages on the estate or extra cleaning required due to misuse/neglect, late checkout that is not pre authorised or loss of fobs/keys during your stay but we would hope nothing happens!

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer in £ GBP

Minimum Stay is 5 nights or 6 nights over Bank Holidays, no date changes allowed. The Ink House comfortably sleeps 16 max in 8 bedrooms & there is room for cots in bedrooms.

We recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover possible cancellation costs and your stay. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur.
